Halle Berry accuses Olivier Martinez of delaying co-parenting therapy

The 57-year-old has accused her ex of stalling their co-parenting therapy sessions...
Halle Berry and her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, are still at loggerheads more than eight years after calling it quits.
The Oscar winner has accused Olivier of delaying their co-parenting therapy sessions, which take place via Zoom. The former lovers agreed to the sessions earlier this year.
The sessions were meant to help them “resolve disputes and conflicts between them in an effort to successfully co-parent," according to Page Six. They reportedly had until June to complete six co-parenting sessions.
However, according to new media reports, Halle says Olivier “unilaterally decided to defer co-parenting therapy altogether until September because he was traveling to France in the month of July and because his brother will be visiting him in the month of August in Los Angeles".
Halle made the claims in documents she filed in a Los Angeles court.
She asked a judge to intervene, but her request was denied on Thursday. People magazine reports that a judge did not think the request was an urgent matter.
Halle and Olivier met in Cape Town in 2010 while shooting 'Dark Tide'. They tied the knot in France in July 2013 and welcomed their first child together, Maceo, a few months later.
Their fairytale romance ended in 2015 when they officially separated. Halle filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences", but it would take years before they settled.
The divorce was finalised in 2023, with Halle having to fork out $8,000 per month in child support for their son. Halle, who is currently dating American musician Van Hunt, also has to pay for Maceo's school and health insurance costs.

Halle also pays another ex thousands of dollars in child support. She has an older daughter, Nahla, with former model Gabriel Aubry.
She was ordered to pay him $16,000 in child support, which was later reduced to $8,000. Halle compared paying child support to "extortion" in 2021.
She said an image that read, "women don’t owe you s**t", on Instagram. She doubled down in the comments section.
“It takes great strength [everyday] to pay it. And BTW it’s wrong and it’s extortion!”
She wrote in another comment:
I feel if a woman or a man is having to pay support that is way more than the reasonable needs to help SUPPORT the child, I think that is wrong! I understand some parents (man or woman) may need help, but I also feel that in these modern times both men and women have the responsibility to financially take care of their children and work hard and make every effort to do so. The way many laws are set up people are allowed to USE children in order to be awarded money to live a lifestyle that not only they did not earn, but that is way above and beyond the child’s reasonable needs, and that is ‘THE WRONG’ and where I see the abuse.
On top of child support, Halle also has to make additional payments to both of her exes based on her annual income.
She reportedly has to pay an extra 4.3 percent of all income above $2-million to Olivier, while Gabriel allegedly receives the same percentage but the amount is capped at $4.5-million.
