Hailey Bieber has shared a surprising health update with her fans.

The Rhode Beauty founder opened up about her latest ovarian cyst diagnosis in a post she shared on Instagram Stories.

"Currently have 2 ovarian cysts😩. If you deal with ovarian cysts, I’m right there with ya!❤️‍🩹," she wrote.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, "an ovarian cyst is a small sac filled with fluid or semisolid material that forms on or within one or both of your ovaries".

The growths are reportedly common, and the "most common kinds are harmless". However, larger cysts can cause pelvic pain, bloating, and painful periods.

Some women experience pain during sex, while others get irregular periods.

The Cleveland Clinic adds that "cysts are more likely to form and remain during pregnancy" and "you’re more likely to have an ovarian cyst if you’ve had one before".

The 28-year-old and her husband, Justin Bieber, welcomed their first child, Jack Blues, in 2024.

Two years before the birth of their son, Hailey revealed that she had an ovarian cyst the size of an apple.

"I don't have endometriosis or PCOS [polycystic ovary syndrome], but I have gotten an ovarian cyst a few times, and it's never fun," she wrote on Instagram Stories in November 2022.

Hailey added that the cysts are "painful and achy" and make her feel nauseous, bloated, crampy and emotional.

She is not the first celebrity to share her experience with ovarian cysts, endometriosis or PCOS.

Bebe Rexha talked about her painful cysts, which are caused by PCOS, in 2024. She also experiences irregular periods.

"I had my period for 20 days. I had 10 days on my period, a week off, and then another 10 days. Some months, I won't get my period. Super, super irregular,” she told her fans on TikTok.

In 2022, Chatsworth beauty Karishma Ramdev also shared her experience with PCOS

"My journey started with going to a gynaecologist when I did not see my period for three months. He did an ultrasound on me and identified that both ovaries have a string of pearls known as cysts," she said.

TV host Lalla Hirayama talked about her struggle with PCOS during a 2018 interview with East Coast Radio's Stacey Norman.

Weight gain, mood swings and abdominal pain were some of the symptoms she experienced before being diagnosed.
