"I love you, Mrs Ndevu" - Emtee has begged Nicole for forgiveness after accusing her of abuse.
Two months after claiming his estranged partner, Nicole Kendall Chinsamy, choked him, Mthembeni 'Emtee' Ndevu is now asking her for forgiveness.
The rapper did not reveal what exactly he was apologising for but he made it clear that he loved his wife.
"I’d like to apologise to the mother of my children, my wife Nicole. I hope you find it in your heart to forgive me. I love you Mrs Ndevu [heart emoji]," he tweeted.

Emtee and Nicole made headlines in November when he accused her of abusing him for years.
The 'We Up' hitmaker also claimed that her mother also physically attacked him.
"Both mother and daughter took turns chokin me tryna suffocate me. Now the weight lifting brother is threatening to kill me," he tweeted.
Emtee included a screenshot of the alleged threats made by Nicole's brother.
"#FreeEmtee #AmINext #PrayForEmtee," he added in another post.

Nicole denied Emtee's allegations and accused him of trying to tarnish her name.
"The claim made by Mthembeni that I physically abuse him is completely false and is a fabrication designed to attack my character," she said in a statement.
Nicole added that the real reason for their public fallout would be revealed.
"It has come to a point where I have to choose between being silent to protect Mthembeni or for the first time defend myself."

There were mixed reactions to Emtee's apology.
"Not every guy can apologize to his wife/girlfriend on social media knowing that it will be seen by many and might be understood wrongly by some individuals. ONLY Men with good hearts can do this and men with such values are called gentlemen.. Pls Nicole forgive EMTEE," one Twitter user wrote.
Another added: "She was the one abusing you...now you're the one apologizing?"
