Elon Musk's transgender daughter calls him a blatant liar

Elon Musk claimed he was tricked into allowing his child to take puberty blockers.

The transgender daughter of South African-born billionaire Elon Musk denies that he was "tricked" into allowing her to take puberty blockers during her gender-affirming medical treatment.

Vivian Jenna Wilson, whose birthname was Xavier Musk, accused her father of lying.

The Tesla boss made the remarks during a recent interview with psychologist Jordan Peterson. He told Jordan that he was deceived into signing documents.

"I was tricked into doing this. It wasn’t explained to me that puberty blockers are actually just sterilisation drugs. And so I lost my son essentially. They call it 'deadnaming' for a reason. The reason it's called 'deadnaming' is because your son is dead." Elon said.

According to Healthline, "deadnaming occurs when someone, intentionally or not, refers to a person who’s transgender by the name they used before they transitioned. You may also hear it described as referring to someone by their 'birth name' or their 'given name'."

"My son Xavier is dead. Killed by the woke mind virus. So, I vowed to destroy the woke mind virus after that. And we are making some progress," Elon said.

The 53-year-old's daughter is clapping back at his comments.

Speaking to NBC News, Vivian says Elon wasn't tricked into anything.

"I think he was under the assumption that I wasn’t going to say anything and I would just let this go unchallenged. Which I’m not going to do, because if you’re going to lie about me, like, blatantly to an audience of millions, I’m not just gonna let that slide," she said.

Vivian also accuses Elon of being a "cold" father who was "very quick to anger".

"He is uncaring and narcissistic.”

She says when she exhibited feminine traits in early childhood, her father would scold her.

"I was in fourth grade. We went on this road trip that I didn’t know was actually just an advertisement for one of the cars — I don’t remember which one — and he was constantly yelling at me viciously because my voice was too high. It was cruel."

Vivian's mother is Justine Wilson, Elon's first wife. The former couple have six children together, including Vivian's twin brother Griffin.

Elon became a father of 12 in 2024 after Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis gave birth to their third child together.

Vivian filed to legally change her name in 2022, stating: "I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form."
