Elon Musk paid alleged baby mama $2.5 million

"I don’t know if the child is mine or not."

Elon Musk has reacted to news that his alleged baby mama, Ashley St Clair, sold her Tesla after he cut her child support payments.
St Clair revealed in February that she is the mother of the South African-born billionaire's 13th child.
"Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father. I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child's privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that the tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause," the conservative influencer wrote on X.
Musk has not officially acknowledged the child as his own.
St Clair is back in the news after the paparazzi spotted her handing over the keys to her $100,000 (about R1.8 million) Tesla to a salesman outside her New York apartment.
"I'm selling it because I need to make up for the 60% cut that Elon made to our son's child support," she told the paps, per a video shared on the Daily Mail.

The paps asked her why she thinks the SpaceX CEO was being "vindictive".
"Yeah, that's his modus operandi, when women speak out." St Clair further revealed that she last spoke to the tech boss on February 13.
He might not be talking to her, but Musk had a lot to say when a social media user shared the clip on X.
The X user captioned the post: "Gold digger and professional gaslighter @stclairashley was caught on camera outside of her ritzy Manhattan condo (paid for by her sugar daddy Elon Musk) selling her $100,000 @Tesla she said was gifted to her by @elonmusk during their romantic relationship."
Musk revealed in his reply that he has been paying St Clair a hefty amount despite not taking a paternity test as yet.
"I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out. No court order is needed. Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year," he said.

Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year.
It's not the first time Musk has found himself at the centre of baby mama drama.
The 53-year-old's ex-girlfriend, singer Grimes, has publicly called him out on social media.
Grimes shares three children with Musk: X Æ A-12 (known as X), Exa Dark Sideræl, and Techno Mechanicus.
She shared details about their messy custody battle late last year.
“Spent a year locked in battle in a state with terrible mothers' rights having my Instagram posts and modelling used as reasons I shouldn’t have my kids and fighting and detaching from the love of my life as he becomes unrecognizable to me, with a fraction of his resources (or iq/ strategy experience), all the while I didn’t see one of my babies for 5 months," she wrote on X.
Grimes, whose real name is Claire Elise Boucher, recently expressed disappointment in her son constantly being pictured publicly.
She also called for people to stop posting pictures of her son X at the White House with Musk, who is now a special government employee for Donald Trump's administration.
"I have tried begging the public and my kids' dad to keep them offline, and I've tried legal recourse... The state of my children's lives being public is of grave concern to me and I think about how to solve this every day. It's insane to me that there's no way to deal with this.
"I would hope there was some law that would allow a parent to veto small children from living public lives but I don't even trust the law to help me now if I tried to invoke it tbh," she said.
I unfortunately do not control the internet and cannot wipe this from the internet. I have tried begging the public and my kids dad to keep them offline, and I've tried legal recourse. I follow you here I've seen young ppl destroyed by the internet too. The state of my…
