Ellen's wife Portia de Rossi speaks out amid workplace probe

"I stand by Ellen" - Portia de Rossi has defended her wife following shocking claims about mistreatment on 'The Ellen Show'.
Portia de Rossi is speaking out to defend Ellen DeGeneres in the wake of disturbing allegations made about the talk show host and her team.
'The Ellen Show' is facing an internal probe after several past and current staff members spoke out about its toxic workplace environment.
Some of the claims include alleged bullying by senior producers, sexual harassment, and racism.
While Ellen was not directly implicated in many of the allegations, she was described as a "mean girl" by scores of people who have worked with her in the past.
An Australian TV executive claimed he was told by one of Ellen's producers that he could not approach her when she walked into the room. He allegedly was not even allowed to look at her.
Several staff members have made similar claims.
Ellen issued an apology to her staff last month and vowed to take steps to make her show's work environment better.
"I'm also learning that people who work with me and for me are speaking on my behalf and misrepresenting who I am and that has to stop," she wrote.
Portia is standing by Ellen through thick and thin.
"To all our fans....we see you. Thank you for your support. #stopbotattacks #IStandWithEllenDeGeneres #IStandByEllen, " she wrote.
There were mixed reactions to the 'Arrested Development' star's post.
"This can’t be real. Have some accountability. It isn’t made up when it’s dozens of employees and years of bad stories. stop acting like she is a victim when there are real victims," one Instagram user commented.
Another user added: "This world has turned into NOTHING but hatred and bringing others down!!!!! Ellen has ALWAYS shown love and kindness and has taught so many to do the same!!! Love you Ellen!!!!!"
