Danny K's company KD FOODS buys Sweets From Heaven

The musician and businessman continues to secure the bag!
Congratulations are in order for Danny K, who has just bought one of the biggest confectioneries in South Africa - Sweets From Heaven.
The star, who is the CEO of KD FOODS, took to Instagram to announce his company now owns Sweets From Heaven.
This comes after KD FOODS acquired trademarks rights for Sweets From Heaven in 2016.
"Proud to announce that my business KD FOODS has purchased Sweets From Heaven," Danny K wrote on Instagram.
"This incredible brand was founded in 1988 and captured the hearts and minds of South Africans for generations. We thank those responsible for founding and building this wonderful confectionery brand and commit to taking it to the next level. Watch this space," he added.
"What an honour to finally own the brand that has been at the cornerstone of sweets and confectionery in South Africa since 1988. Big things coming," he wrote on LinkedIn.

His company, KD FOODS, was started in 2015 and delivers a wide range of sweets, health snacks, and OEM private label brands to some of the country's biggest retailers.
Danny K became famous in South Africa after releasing several hits that dominated the charts.
One of his biggest releases is 'Hurts So Bad' - it is the single that propelled him to fame.
His music has seen him win four SAMAs.
Apart from his music and business, he is the the founder of SHOUT: a South African crime-fighting charity.
