Courteney Cox opens up about her "biggest beauty regret"
The 'Friends' star says there is a lot of pressure to "stay looking young", which is why many women turn to filler injections.
Courteney Cox has revealed what she considers to be her biggest beauty regret.
Like many women in the spotlight, the actress - who is just eight months away from turning 60 years old - has undergone cosmetic procedures.
Speaking to the Daily Mail's 'Woman' magazine, Courteney admits that she turned to filler injections for a youthful glow.
"My biggest beauty regret is fillers. There’s so much pressure to stay looking young in this industry that once you start, it becomes a bit of a domino effect and you keep on having more," she told the publication

Courteney, who played the character of Monica Geller on 'Friends', says she wishes she didn't get the procedure.
"To the rest of the world your face is so obviously changing, but to yourself - because you’re only having one procedure at a time - you don’t notice. It was a total waste of time and I wish I hadn’t caved into the pressure of having it," she added.

Plastic surgery and other cosmetic procedures are the norm in the entertainment industry. Stars such as Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Madonna, and more have been accused of undergoing multiple procedures.
Courteney's close friend and fellow 'Friends' cast member, Jennifer Aniston, has also spoken out about the pressure to look young.
However, the 54-year-old learned from an early age that aging is a privilege. She chooses to rather focus on a healthy diet.
"What my mom used to say to me was, 'This is about longevity. It’s a privilege to grow old, but we don't have to grow sick.' It's just sort of been a theme in my life: to enjoy the age I am and not look at aging as a negative, but as the privilege that it is. We all age!” she told Vogue magazine in a 2021 interview.
That hasn't stopped Jennifer from trying unique skincare products, like a salmon sperm facial!
