Connie Ferguson shows off some serious boxing moves
Connie packs a mean punch! Watch the actress do some damage in the boxing ring.
Don't mess with actress Connie Ferguson. The Queen actress just proved that she can go head-to-head with Floyd Mayweather. That's a bit of an over-exaggeration but the 49-year-old has some serious boxing skills.
She showed off her moves in a video she posted on Instagram this week. The actress was training with pro-boxer Xolisani 'Nomeva' Ndongeni at Johannesburg's famous Fight Club.
Celebrities such as AKA, DJ Zinhle and Pearl Thusi have been spotted at the fitness facility, but we haven't seen any of them look as good as Connie in the ring.
We're not the only ones impressed with the star's moves. "Never thought you can throw punches like that. That's so amazing," one Instagram user commented.
TV and radio personality Anele Mdoda even gave Connie a new nickname. "His name is flying hands," she commented.

Some of Connie's followers could not believe how good she looks even while sweating.
"Wow, that dope Mrs F, always looking beautiful even during work out."
We definitely don't want to get on Connie's bad side after watching this video.
