Coco Austin reacts to criticism over bathing daughter in kitchen sink

Coco Austin is clapping back at people who constantly criticise her parenting choices.
TV personality Coco Austin is sick and tired of people constantly making fun of how she parents her daughter, Chanel.
Speaking to Page Six this week, she says people always have something to say about her unconventional parenting style.
Coco - who is married to rapper and actor Ice-T - caused a stir on the internet a few weeks ago when she shared a video of her six-year-old daughter taking a bath in the kitchen sink.
The 43-year-old explained in the clip: "The sink is the easiest when you have to be fast." Coco and Chanel were getting ready for a fashion show and only had one hour to leave the house.

Many moms said they could relate, but some social media users questioned Coco's parenting.
"She definitely old enough to bathe herself. With the breastfeeding [and] all, it’s creepy AF how hard she is trying to keep this girl in an infantile stage," one Instagram user wrote.
Another user commented: "But yet [you] have a whole damn tub behind you and you decided to take her downstairs to the kitchen to let her sit n the sink. TF."
Coco came under fire in 2021 when it came to light that she still breastfeeds her daughter- who was five at the time. She was also slammed earlier this year after her six-year-old was pictured in a stroller.

Coco told Page Six that people overreacted to the viral clip and made a mountain out of a molehill.
"Everything I do, people have got to say something about it, But now it’s kinda weird to other people. Like, really? If you are a mom you have bathed your child in the sink," she told the publication during an appearance in New York.
Ice-T also defended his wife. The 64-year-old 'Law & Order' star said people will always talk on social media.
"I think with social media, if you put it out there you have to expect comments. So it will be positive or it will be negative. So the only way not to have them comment about your child is don’t post... The key is you cannot give a f**k about other people’s opinions, or you will never get anywhere in life," he said.
