These celebrity stories had us clutching our pearls in 2022...
The land of Celebville is never without scandal - and the year 2022 was full of drama and shocking stories.
We're taking a look at some of the biggest celebrity stories that made headlines this year.
Drake hot sauce condom
In one of the most bizarre stories of 2022, Canadian rapper Drake found himself at the centre of a hot sauce condom scandal. A model reportedly wanted to sue Drake for allegedly putting hot sauce in his condom. The woman allegedly tried to impregnate herself with the used condom that the rapper had discarded in a bathroom bin after their little romantic rendezvous. She discovered that the 'God's Plan' hitmaker had allegedly poured hot sauce into the condom before disposing of it!
Drake did not respond to the crazy rumour but this story sounds like a tall tale to us!

Riky Ricky's death
Riky Rick's sudden death in February left a huge hole in the music industry. The rapper lost his battle with depression at the age of 34. His partner, Bianca Naidoo, was inconsolable after his death.
"My king, my heart, my forever love, thank you for giving us all you that you had to give in this lifetime. Thank you for choosing me, teaching me and for believing in us. I will forever be grateful for the gift of you," she said at his funeral service.

Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard
Johnny Depp's relationship with his ex-wife Amber Heard took centre stage at one of the biggest celebrity trials of the decade. The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star sued the 'Aquaman' actress for defamation for an op-ed she wrote about domestic abuse. Amber lost the case and was ordered to pay her ex $10.4-million. She received a small victory after the court awarded her $2-million for a comment Johnny's former lawyer made about her abuse allegations.
Amber has been keeping a low profile over the past few months. Johnny was last seen in Rihanna's Savage X Fenty Vol. 4 show in November. The verdict is still out on whether their careers will recover from the drama.
