Celebrity moms react to Cassie's pregnancy announcement
The model and singer shared beautiful pictures from her recent maternity shoot.
Cassie and her husband, Alex Fine, are expecting their third child together.
The 'Me & U' hitmaker shared the news in an Instagram post. Cassie also shared pictures from a maternity shoot featuring Fine and their two daughters, Frankie and Sunny.
"🤰🏽💙 #3" she captioned the post. The addition of the blue heart emoji has led some to believe that she is pregnant with a baby boy.
However, Cassie shared no further information about her pregnancy.
The 38-year-old's followers, including several celebrity moms, flooded the comments section with messages of congratulations.
"Yaaayy!! So beautiful!" singer Ciara commented.
'Pretty Little Liars' star Shay Mitchell wrote: "OMGGGGGGGG!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!"
Jessica Alba added: "Congrats!!!"
Local stars LeAnne Kistan-Dlamini and Candice Abrahams left blue heart and heart eyes emojis.
Cassie and Fine made their relationship Instagram official in December 2018, the same year she called it quits with longtime boyfriend Sean 'Diddy' Combs.
She met the personal trainer at the gym, and the pair fell madly in love. They tied the knot in September 2019 and welcomed their first daughter two months later.
Cassie has spoken fondly of her husband on social media, calling him the "best dada".
"Getting to wake up with you every morning and watch you become THE MOST amazing father has been one of my greatest joys in life. There is literally nothing better than seeing you play, paint nails, build NASCAR tracks, dance, wear Frankie’s Queen 👑 when she says – 'Dada, 👉🏼 queen', read, teach, love and take care of our babies the way that you do.
"There is literally no one else in the world I’d rather navigate through this crazy life with. You uplift me when I need it most. You find me and hold me right when I need to be found and you love me no matter what…. & You aren’t terrible to look at, I guess," she wrote on Fine's birthday in 2022.
Cassie's baby news comes more than a year after she sued her ex Diddy. She accused the 'Bad Boys For Life' rapper of rape and physical abuse in a 2023 lawsuit.
He denied the claims but settled with the singer one day after she filed the lawsuit.
Diddy was arrested in September 2024 after several people made shocking claims of sexual assault against him.
He has been charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.
