Cardi B washes her hair with the one kitchen item that we all probably have!
Forget about expensive hair products, Cardi B's secret to healthy and long locks is a vegetable that many people cook every day.
The 'Up' hitmaker has revealed that she washes her hair with onions!
"My last 2 washes I been boiling onions and using the water to wash my hair," Cardi B captioned a picture of her waist-length hair on Instagram.
The 29-year-old says she used the technique before.
"I used to do this 6 years ago when I started my healthy hair growth journey. I stopped cause I got really lazy," she wrote.
Despite onions having a strong smell, the Grammy Award winner says her method won't leave you smelling like one.
"[It's] odorless and I notice that it’s been giving a shine to my hair."

Cardi B's followers say they are willing to try the onion water technique. One user said the rapper is "giving out the Dominican secrets".
Cardi B's father is Dominican. Many women from the Dominican Republic add "onion juice" to their shampoo.
Former Pure Wow editorial assistant, Angie Martinez-Tejada, says it is one of the natural remedies her mother swore by. "Thanks to its high concentration of sulfur, a type of amino acid, onion juice is surprisingly great for promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss," she wrote in 2022.
Cardi B's fans are convinced she will soon be launching a haircare line. She filed a trademark for Bardi Beauty in 2021.
According to TMZ, the trademark covers the cosmetics company for hair products, as well as make-up, skincare, nails, and fragrances.
