'Captain America' star Chris Evans named People's Sexiest Man Alive
"My mom will be so happy," says Chris about his sexiest man title.
Actor Chris Evans has been named PEOPLE magazine's 2022 'Sexiest Man Alive'. The 41-year-old takes over the reins from Paul Rudd, who was awarded the title in 2021.
"My mom will be so happy. She's proud of everything I do but this is something she can really brag about," the 'Captain America' star told the publication.
His mother Lisa might be excited but Chris believes his friends will likely tease him.
"Really this will just be a point of bullying. It's ripe for harassment," he joked.

Chris, who starred in 2022's 'Lightyear' animated movie, opened up about his career in the new PEOPLE issue.
He told the publication that he focusing on a healthy work-life balance.
"When it comes to seeking out the people I play it's more of an issue of where the movie shoots. I'm too old to be living out of a suitcase for six months and I've settled into a nicer phase where I'm just happy being at home," he said.
Chris has several new projects coming out in the next year including, 'Red One', 'Ghosted', and 'Pain Hustlers'.

America's most eligible bachelor says he hopes to settle down and start a family one day.
"That's absolutely something I want," he told People.
