Former Olympic gold medalist Caitlyn Jenner has joined scores of people around the world in reacting to news of OJ Simpson's death.
The former NFL star died this week at the age of 76 after battling prostate cancer. His children and grandchildren were by his side.
On April 10th, our father, Orenthal James Simpson, succumbed to his battle with cancer.

He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren.

Caitlyn knew both OJ and his wife, Nicole Brown Simpson. She was close friends with Caitlyn's then-wife, Kris Jenner.
OJ was accused of killing Nicole and her male friend, Ron Goldman, in 1994. He denied the charges and was acquitted in 1995.
Robert Kardashian, Kris Jenner's first husband, was one of the lawyers representing OJ during his trial. Robert Snr. introduced Kris to his friends Nicole and OJ.
The two women remained friends after Kris' separation from Robert.
Robert is the father of Kris' four oldest children - Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Robert Kardashian Jr.
Kris also has two children with Caitlyn (known as Bruce Jenner at the time) - Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

Caitlyn took to X (formerly Twitter) to make it known exactly how she felt about OJ following his death.
"Good Riddance," she wrote. Her post got 34,000 likes.
It's not the first time that Caitlyn has lashed out at OJ. She made no secret of the fact that she thinks he killed Nicole.
"I knew he did it," she told Andy Cohen in 2017.
Caitlyn also wrote in her book, 'The Secrets of My Life': “I believe he got away with two savage murders.”

OJ Simpson Children
OJ had two children with Nicole - Sydney and Justin Simpson. They live a private life and are rarely seen in public.
OJ was spotted having dinner in Florida with his two children in 2018.

OJ also had three children with his first wife, Marguerite Whitley. Their eldest daughter, Arnelle Simpson, is in her 50s.
Their son, Jason Simpson, is 53. The couple also had a daughter named Aaren Simpson. She sadly passed away one month before her second birthday after drowning in a pool.
OJ shared his last social media post on X in February 2024. He gave his followers an update on his health.
"My health is good. I mean, obviously, I am dealing with some issues but I think I'm just about over it and I'll be back on that golf course, hopefully in a couple of weeks."
