Queen B is securing the bag and making history along the way.
It's going to be a very Bonang Christmas! Bonang Matheba has teamed up with Steve Madden for the shoe brand's first-ever African collaboration.
The Steve Madden Bonang Matheba Holiday Select Collection was announced this week. Steve Madden is celebrating 10 years in Africa and it only seems fitting that the brand would select South Africa's media darling for its new campaign.
Bonang Matheba selected the holiday range, which includes six footwear and two handbag styles.
“I was looking for styles that would be great to holiday in, celebrate in, dance the night away in or even be the perfect gift to spoil someone special with over the festive season,” the 35-year-old said in a statement.
Queen B's holiday select collection will be launched at Steve Madden Spring/Summer collection showcase on November 7. The event will be held at Zeitz Mocaa Museum in Cape Town.
The who's who of the local entertainment and fashion industry are expected to attend the glitzy affair. Bonang gave her Instagram followers a glimpse of what they can expect from her Steve Madden photoshoot collaboration.

Bonang knows a good pair of shoes when she sees one. The businesswoman works hard and spends hard - especially when it comes to her footwear.
She literally owns hundreds of pairs.
"I spend my money on shoes. Have you seen my Instagram? I'm so bad. I'm terrible. I don't know how many pairs of shoes I have. Maybe 200. 300," she revealed in the 'Six Zeros to My Name' documentary.
