Black Coffee’s song features on ‘The Matrix Resurrections’ film soundtrack

Congratulations are in order for DJ Black Coffee whose song, 'Inkodlo Kamashimane', features on 'The Matric Resurrections' soundtrack.
The year 2021 is ending on a high note for DJ Black Coffee.
The star is celebrating his song being featured on ‘The Matrix Resurrections’ film which stars Keanu Reeves.
Taking to Twitter, Black Coffee explained the motivation behind the 2015 hit song which comes from his album, ‘Pieces of Me’.
He said he wrote the song for his late father.
“7 years ago after losing my father I made a song dedicated to him,” he wrote on Twitter.
He added that he was humbled to have his song featured on a film.
“Humbled beyond belief to be wrapping up 2021 with this song, “Inkodlo Kamashimane,” being featured in the new
@TheMatrixMovie. RIP Mashimane.#GodsVeryOwn,” he wrote.

Grammy nomination
In November, Black Coffee bagged a Grammy nomination.
The international star is nominated in the ‘Best Dance/Electronic Album’ category for his album, ‘Subconsciously’.
Black Coffee is up against Marshmello, ILLENIUM, Major Lazer, Sylvan Esso and Ten City.
