AKA nominated for 'Artist of the Decade' at the SA Hip Hop Awards

The nominees for the South African Hip Hop Awards have been released.

This year, two new categories have been added - ‘Artist of the Decade' and 'Best International Act'.

The 'Artist of the Decade' award looks at consistency, impact, and achievements, while the 'Best International Act' looks at the international recognition and impact of an artist.

AKA has been nominated under the 'Artist of the Decade'  and the 'Mixtape of the Year' categories. 

Under the 'Artist of the Year' category, he is competing with Khuli Chana, KO, Kwesta, Riky Rick, Zakwe, Gigi Lamayne, Emtee, Cassper Nyovest, Nadia Nakai, Nasty C, Reason, Stogie T, Youngstacpt, A Reece, Da Les, and Cassper Nyovest. .

The star was recently in Zambia for a show.
