AKA announced as next star to get roasted on Comedy Central

Can the 'Baddest' take the heat? The Comedy Central Roast of AKA is officially happening!
Will you pay to see AKA get a tongue lashing of note? If yes, then prepare for one of the biggest celebrity roast sessions South Africa has ever witnessed.
AKA has been announced as the next celebrity to be in the hot seat for the Comedy Central Roast.
He is the fourth South African star to get roasted behind 'Idols SA' judge Somizi Mhlongo, singer Steve Hofmeyr, and 'Sushi King' Kenny Kunene.
If you thought Somizi's Comedy Central Roast earlier this year was bad, then prepare for fireworks because "drama queen" AKA has a lot of frenemies!
In fact, we can think of a few people who would make up perfect panellists for the 'Fela in Versace' hitmaker's roast.
We can start with DJ ZInhle, who revealed in 2015 that AKA cheated on her while she was pregnant. And don't get us started on his never-ending beef with Cassper Nyovest.

"The South African maestro of subliminals and in your face diss-tracks is presenting himself before the firing squad. Can he keep his “composure”? Will his epic freestyle flow save him from getting burnt? No umbrella necessary because the panellists from across South Africa’s entertainment world will not be holding back on throwing shade at the man who is not one to shy away from fiery one liners," Showmax said in a statement.
The Comedy Central Roast of AKA in partnership with Showmax will be recorded at the Teatro at Montecasino Teatro in Johannesburg on February 21.
We will be ready with a giant bag of popcorn in hand!
