Elections 2016: 4% of KZN results outstanding

The KwaZulu-Natal results process is slowly but surely nearing completion with just 4% of results still outstanding.

eThekwini results have been the last to come in - holding up the process of wrapping things up.
Voter turnout in the province stands at 61.22% with just of 3 million people voting out the the 5.4 million that registered.
