Two survive Joburg aircraft crash

Two people survived with minor injuries after a small aircraft crashed in Midrand on Wednesday morning, paramedics said.

The aircraft was found lying upside-down in an open veld near the airport, ER24 spokesperson Werner Vermaak said.
“Two men, believed to be in their early thirties, were found walking around scene,” Vermaak said.
They sustained minor injuries.
The incident happened at 04:00 on Wednesday morning.
Both men were transported to Sunninghill Hospital for further assessment.
The exact causes of the accident were not yet known.
