Nzimande challenges student bodies to evaluate their cause

Higher Education Minister, Blade Nzimande, has challenged student body Sasco to do some deep introspection.
Addressing the student body's conference at Durban's Mangosuthu University of Technology, Nzimande said it is all good and well that students have demands and form movements but that these must come from a realistic and honest place.

He says this can only be done once the student structure asks itself some hard questions.
"How should a transformed post-school education system look like and what contribution will your organisation make to realise that? Would it be feasible to have free education from your point of view if so how. How should we sustain quality education for all?" he said.
