Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng this morning delivered findings that Zuma violated his constitutional duties by not implementing the recommendations of Madonsela's 2014 report - Secure in Comfort.

Zuma will then have 45 days after that in which to pay back the money.

Mogoeng also ordered that the President reprimand the Ministers involved.

He further set aside the resolution passed by the National Assembly which absolved Zuma of compliance with the Public Protector's recommended remedial action.
