Two 19-year-old men have pleaded guilty in the Vryheid Regional Court for the murder of Thandazile Mpunzi - a 20-year-old woman from Manguzi in the Umkhanyakude District Municipality.

Her body was found buried in a shallow grave last month, after she was reported missing ten days earlier.
Mandla Mabuza and Lindokuhle Khumalo who pleaded guilty yesterday were each sentenced to 20 years behind bars.
The NPA's Natasha Ramkisson-Kara says they welcome the sentencing.
"We hope it serves as a deterrent to like-minded individuals that such heinous crimes will not be tolerated," she said.
KwaZulu-Natal police say Bhekukufa Gumede who is also a suspect remains in custody as he continues to deny the allegations against him.
Meanwhile, the fourth suspect, Siyabonga Gwala was released in court yesterday.
