Hope renewed as search continues for missing miners

Rescuers at the Lily Mine in Mpumalanga have renewed hope that the three missing workers could still be alive.
Management says crews have again picked up a series of controlled knocks coming from beneath the rubble.
The workers have been missing since Friday when the container they'd been using as an office collapsed when the gold mine caved in.
The mine's Mike Begg says new search techniques are being explored.
"Last night, we took down some electro-magnetic equipment which we decided to use to try and locate again and give us more confidence with the location of where we think this container is.
"The electro-magnetic equipment supported the decisions we have been making. It has just been reported by my underground manager that we've received the signal again.
"Once, again - there is renewed hope. It gives me goosebumps just thinking about it," he said.
