Singing bride causes cringeworthy wedding moment
Updated | By East Coast Radio
Serenade gone wrong! An Australian bride
decided to sing one of the biggest love songs of all time on her wedding day
and failed dismally.
What was supposed to be a romantic wedding day moment turned into a performance worthy of an Idols wooden mic segment for a Queensland bride.
Emma decided to surprise her groom Steve by singing Jennifer Rush’s hit single, “The Power of Love”, during their ceremony.
But it seems she may have taken on Celine Dion’s nasally version of the award-winning song, which left her guests, uhm, stunned.

To put it mildly, Emma sounded terrible! Even her husband looked on awkwardly as she struggled to hit every note.
The cringeworthy wedding moment was captured on “Australia's Cheapest Weddings” reality show, which follows couples attempting to create their dream wedding on a budget.
Sadly, it seems Emma should have forked out some cash for her wedding ceremony entertainment, which would have no doubt avoided the humiliation she suffered on her big day.
Oh well, we guess it is the thought that counts?
