Kabza De Small and Maphorisa also feature in another song up for nomination. Young Stunna's 'Adiwele' also made the cut.
Rapper AKA, who was killed in 2023, received a posthumous nomination for 'Lemons (Lemonade)'.
Amapiano star Uncle Waffles and Tony Duardo are nominated for 'Tanzania'.
Other nominees include Wanitwa Mos, Master KG, Ami Faku, Big Nuz, Major League Djz, Tyler ICU, Felo Le Tee, and Myztro.
The nominees for 'Music Video of the Year' have also been announced.
Costa Titch, who died in 2023, also received a posthumous nod. 'Big Flexa' featuring C’buda M, Alfa Kat, Banaba Des, Sdida, and Man T has been nominated.

“Congratulations to the nominees of Record of the Year and Music Video of the Year awards. We urge the public to make their voice heard by voting for their favourites in those categories. It is a competitive line up and may the best win,” RiSA CEO Nhlanhla Sibisi said in a statement.
The winners will be announced on Saturday, 18 November. The awards ceremony, which will be hosted in collaboration with Africa Fest, will be held at the SunBet Arena at Time Square in Johannesburg.
The ceremony was originally set to take place in Durban. However, the KZN government pulled the plug on the idea following an outcry over the amount of money that would spent on the event.
The province reportedly planned to spend R28-million over three years to host the awards.
