'We Need to Talk' – Keri Hilson has a new album on the way
Updated | By Music Reporter
The 'Knock You Down' singer is releasing her first album in over 10 years.

Keri Hilson is making a big comeback in 2025.
Hilson is just a few days away from releasing her third studio album, 'We Need to Talk'.
It is the 42-year-old's first full-length project since 2010's 'No Boys Allowed'.
That album produced hits such as 'Pretty Girl Rock', 'One Night Stand' featuring Chris Brown and 'The Way You Love Me' with Rick Ross.
She also collaborated with Kanye West, J Cole, and Nelly.
Hilson is going solo for the lead single of her latest album. The singer released 'Bae', in late March.
"Song is fire. Welcome back," one fan wrote on Instagram.
Another fan added: "Love the new single and can’t wait for the full album release."
Hilson has released several songs over the years, but her career seemingly took a nosedive after a remix of her song, 'Turnin' Me On', leaked online.
The remix was thought to be a Beyoncé diss track. Hilson sings on the track:
"Ain't tryin to start some mess
There's just somethin on my chest that I need to get off
Cause you turnin me off
Your vision cloudy if you think that you're the best
You can dance she can sing but need to move it to the left, to the left
She need to go have some babies
She needs to sit down, she fake"
During a recent interview on 'The Breakfast Club', Hilson said she regretted recording the remix, which Ester Dean wrote.
'The Way I Are' hitmaker said she was forced to record the track. She tried to resist, but she said her career was threatened.
"That's a song that I didn't actually write. Those are not my words... The mistake I made was not continuing the fight. I was in tears, I was crying. I was adamant that I did not want to do that."
Hilson's fans are glad she is back in action and are ready to see what else she has up her sleeve.
"This album better be 30 tracks," one fan commented on Instagram.
Hilson's new album will be released on April 18.
