Tyla wows on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon'

"I was just a girl in South Africa dreaming of moments like this." - Tyla is reflecting on her music success after achieving a big milestone.
South African star Tyla made her first major appearance on a US TV show this week.
The 21-year-old performed her hit song, 'Water', on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon'.
Tyla is bursting with pride after her performance. She's ready to show the world what Mzansi has to offer on the international music scene.
"Not long ago I was just a girl in South Africa dreaming of moments like this… Even though I’ve been grindingggg for years it feels like this is all happening so fast. I cannot wait for the world to see what an African Popstar looks like!" she wrote.
South Africans couldn't be prouder of her latest achievement. Many took to the comment's section to praise her for flying South Africa's flag high.
"We are proud of you," American-based South African actress Lesley-Ann Brandt wrote.
Singer Tima Reece commented: "Go and take over the world!"
Lalla Hirayama added: "!!! this is only the beginning. That performance was pure fire! Congratulations Tyla!!!!!!"
'Water' is climbing up the chart on the ECR Top 40 with Danny Guselli (brought to you by CTM).
It's currently at #7.
'Water' jumped 17 places on the Billboard Hot 100 to reach #46 after just three weeks on the cart. The song is #1 on the Billboard Afrobeats Songs chart.
It's at #4 on the UK's Official Singles Chart and #1 on the Official Afrobeats Chart.
