Taylor Swift opens up about her insecurities in new song 'Anti Hero'

The singer spoke about the inspiration behind one of her songs, 'Anti Hero' from her upcoming album 'Midnights', explaining how she allowed herself to be vulnerable when writing the song.
Taylor Swift is ready to release her next album 'Midnights'.
The singer revealed the name of track three on the album. The song is titled 'Anti Hero' and she says it is one of her favourite songs that she has ever written.
In the song 'Anti Hero', Taylor says she opened up about things that she doesn't like about herself.
"Track 3, 'Anti Hero' is one of my favourite songs I've ever written," she said in a video posted on Instagram.

"I don't think I've delved this far into my insecurities in this detail before. I struggle a lot with the idea that my life has become unmanageably sized, and not to sound too dark, I struggle with the idea of not feeling like a person," she said.
She says although she opened up about her insecurities, she doesn't want people to feel bad for her.
"Don't feel bad for me, you don't need to," she said.
The 'Shake It Off' hitmaker says the new song is a tour through all she hates about herself.

"But this song is a real guided tour throughout all the things I tend to hate about myself. We all hate things about ourselves and it's all of those aspects of the things we dislike and like about ourselves that we have to come to terms with if we are gonna be this person," she said.
The award-winning singer ended by saying that she loves the song because of how transparent she is in the song.
" So I like 'Anti Hero' a lot because I think it is really honest," she said.
Her new album 'Midnights' has thirteen tracks and comes out on October 21.
