Social media sensation Charli D‘Amelio releases new music video
Charli D‘Amelio is venturing into the world of music with her new single and video.
TikTok star Charli D‘Amelio premiered the official music video for her debut single, 'If You Ask Me To'.
The 18-year-old, who has a combined social media following of more than 200-million, released her new music offering on Tuesday.
"The official music video for my first song ‘if you ask me to’ is out now on youtube!!!!! I can’t thank you all enough for the support of this song I love you so so much and I hope you love the video as much as I do. Go watch and stream it now!!!!!" she wrote on Instagram.

Charli is the highest-paid influencer on TikTok. She reportedly earns $105,770 (R1.9-million) per post. The teenager is a competitive dancer and is currently taking part in 'Dancing With The Stars'.
Charli received her first perfect score on the dancing competition this week. The judges gave her a 50 out of 50 - the highest score in the show's history.
Charli also has several business ventures under her name, including a clothing line called, The Social Tourist. She launched her own fragrance brand, Born Dreamer, in June.
Charli, who has a reported net worth of $20-million (R360-million), is hoping her music career leads her somewhere great.
"I think for me, I’m planning on figuring it out as I go. You know, that’s the most amazing part. I wanna see what I’m able to make next and where the vibe goes. And if it comes together to be an album. And if it’s a little venue that I sing at once to see how it is — I mean, I’m ready to kind of try it all, and I’d love to be able to do bigger things within music. But I wanna see what’s next for me, creation-wise," she told Billboard about her future plans.
