Rihanna commemorated International Women's Day by celebrating motherhood.

The 'Life Me Up' hitmaker shared never-before-seen pictures taken during both of her children's births. Two-year-old son RZA Athelson was born in May 2022.

Her son Riot Rose joined the family in August 2023. Rapper A$AP Rocky is the father of both children.

Rihanna's delivery room pictures show her lying in a hospital bed with RZA resting on her chest while wearing pearl and gold necklaces.

A second image shows her holding Riot in a similar way but she's wearing pink sunglasses.

Only Rihanna can pull off pearls and sunglasses in a delivery room.

"By far the most powerful thing I’ve ever done as a woman… my little miracles! #InternationalWomensDay. 1 – RZA, 2 – Riot Rose. And yes, I gave birth in pearls and sunglasses… don’t ask, a lot was happening," she captioned the pictures.

Rihanna's 149 million followers loved the rare glimpse into RZA and Riot's births.

"Baddie even during birth! Why we love you so much," one follower said.

A second person wrote: "My sister did a full beat for all three births so I get it. If I ever have a child (IN THIS ECONOMY?!??!!), I’d be right there with you."

A third commented: "Only you can make giving birth look THIS good."

Rihanna has taken a year-long break from music to focus on her business ventures and raising her family.

The 37-year-old has opened up about what it has been like raising her boys while working in fashion, beauty and music.

"I’m living my dream. My parents were very proud of that because they just wanted me to be happy and successful. So, I think the key thing is to find some kind of balance.

"Yes, balance is important. Do this and you get the best of both worlds. You can write your own life the way you want, and it will be beautiful. Sometimes, you just need to let go of everyone’s expectations and start living your own story," she told Vogue China last year.
