Watch: Jennifer Lopez shows Shakira how to do her famous booty shake
Updated | By Music Reporter
If anyone needs us this Blue Monday, they will find us in our living room attempting to shake our behind à la Jennifer Lopez.
Jennifer Lopez took a trip down memory lane on Sunday to relive one of the biggest moments of her career - her historic Super Bowl half-time performance with Shakira.
The 'Jenny From The Block' hitmaker shared several videos on her Instagram page taken during the rehearsals for their February 2020 performance.
The fifth video clip showed JLO giving Shakira a lesson on how to do her world famous booty shaking technique.
"I do it with my knees. I shake my knees. You shake your knees, the butt shakes too. My mother taught me that when I was four," the 50-year-old revealed.
We're not sure why Mama Lopez, aka Guadalupe Rodríguez, was teaching her four-year-old daughter how to do a booty shake, but we are eternally grateful for her efforts because Jennifer now has one of the most famous derrières in the world thanks to her sexy moves.

Shakira, whose hips - as you know - don't lie, certainly learned a thing or two from Jennifer's lesson.
The 'Waka, Waka (This Time for Africa)' singer and the 'Hustlers' star became the first Latina musicians to headline the Super Bowl half-time show.
Jennifer says it is a night she will never forget.
"I can’t believe it’s already been 3 months since the #SuperBowlLIV #Halftime Show! So much has happened since then, but I wanted to share a fun peek behind the scenes at our first rehearsal with the dancers and @Shakira," she wrote.
Swipe through JLO's post to see what went down during their rehearsal and the moment she taught Shakira how to booty shake like a pro.
