Taylor Swift drops details of new album, social media reacts

Taylor Swift nearly broke the internet on Wednesday when she announced on social media that she will be dropping a new album in a few months. 

The 27-year-old revealed that her sixth studio album will be called 'Reputation'. It will be released on November 10. 

As if that wasn't enough excitement for her fans, the 'Shake It Off' hitmaker also revealed that the lead single off the album will be dropped on Thursday! 

Taylor hinted that she was up to something earlier this week when she wiped all of her social media accounts clean. After getting everyone's attention, she then uploaded two videos of a snake's tail.

It's not surprising that she has named her upcoming album 'Reputation'.

Her reputation has come under scrutiny over the past few years thanks to major beefs with celebrities like Katy Perry, and some high-profile break-ups. 

Her haters have called her a snake, resulting in the hashtag, Taylor Swift Is A Snake, trending on several occasions.

It looks like Taylor's new album will attempt to mend her reputation while sticking it to her haters.
