Straight to the top! AKA's 'Touch My Blood' album goes platinum

While many of his fans spoke a lot of smack about his Touch My Blood album, it seems as if they, in fact, loved it - so much so that it went platinum.
The Supa Mega took to his Instagram to share the news as well as a message of gratitude to his fans and support system for standing close to him during his career, and especially during the creation of the album.

"This album took so much out of me. I had always maintained that this would be my best work. It is so gratifying to have this happen TEN YEARS after I dropped my first single; for those who don’t remember, it was called “Do it” ..." he said in an Instagram post.
He also went on to say how excited he was at the news of the album going platinum.
"Thank You to all the amazing talents who helped me make this work of art. I am so happy right now!!! Megacy this is for you!!! TOUCH MY BLOOD IS OFFICIALLY PLATINUM 💿💿💿," he added.
His hit, Fela In Versace, is currently charting at number 31 on the East Coast Radio Top 40 with Carol Ofori and Ricky.
It's just another top seller for Supa Mega, and Mzansi can't seem to get enough of him.
