Sho Madjozi and AKA set to headline Africa Day virtual concert

The concert will raise money to support families affected by the
Covid-19 pandemic.
African artists are uniting to help alleviate hunger and support those who have been hit the hardest by the coronavirus outbreak.
The musicians, along with international stars such as Idris Elba, will be hosting a benefit concert that is expected to raise millions of Rands.
The concert takes place on Africa Day, Monday 25 May at 18:00.
It will broadcast live on MTV Base Africa's YouTube channel.
The line-up includes Sho Madjozi, AKA, Sean Paul, Anthony Hamilton, Trevor Noah, Nomzamo Mbatha and many more.

Several benefits concerts have been held since the coronavirus outbreak.
In April, Cassper Nyovest, DJ Black Coffee, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and Jennifer Lopez raised close to $128-million during the Global Citizen concert.
The concert was also aimed at helping those most affected by the pandemic.
