Shekhinah is ending 2017 with a bang! The singer has a number one radio hit and will also be opening for John Legend.
Days after bagging the top spot on the Coca-Cola Top 40, comes news that Shekhinah will get to perform on the same stage as John Legend.
The Durban singer has been announced as the opening act for the South African leg of the Grammy award-winner's "Darkness and Light" tour.
Shekhinah will no doubt belt out her latest single, 'Suited', which has become a massive hit for the star.

'Suited', which has been viewed nearly two million times on YouTube since its August release, is the first single off her debut solo album, Rose Gold.
The album has been playlisted on Apple Music France.
Rose Gold is set to be released globally, and Shekhinah's unique voice is likely to be a hit with international music lovers.
South Africans can't stop raving about the former "Idols SA" contestant's new music. They are equally excited that they will see the 23-year-old in action alongside John Legend in November.

John Legend's "Darkness and Light tour" will make its way to Durban on November 7. The show is taking place at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
