Dua Lipa & Gallant cover Amy Winehouse classic
Watch Dua Lipa and Gallant's amazing tribute to Amy Winehouse for her birthday.
Dua Lipa and Gallant took on a popular Amy Winehouse song to honour the singer on what would have been her 34th birthday.
The musicians covered 'Tears Dry on Their Own', Amy's 2007 hit single.
The song was the fourth single released off Amy's second and final studio album, 'Back to Black'.
Gallant posted their 'Tears Dry on Their Own' cover on his YouTube page, as part of his 'In The Room' series.
Dua Lipa, whose single 'New Rules' is at number 12 on the Coca-Cola Top 40, says she enjoyed working on the song.
"I loved working on this song with Gallant, he’s so talented. I was so excited to have the opportunity to work with him, he’s a true artist through and through," she told Fader.
Gallant, meanwhile, says he thinks they "created a special moment together".
