Minnie Dlamini asks Zozibini Tunzi to release own music

Is Zozibini Tunzi South Africa's next big music star? Her fans, including Minnie Dlamini, are begging her to release her own music.
It is no secret that former Miss Universe, Zozibini Tunzi, can sing.
The 29-year-old shared another video of her singing on Instagram on Thursday, and her fans can't get enough of her singing.
In the video, the model can be seen chilling on a coach, accompanied by indie-folk singer-songwriter MuNeyi, who plays the guitar as the two of them sing.
The video received lots of love from her followers, leading to many of them asking her to release her own music.

Amongst those who asked Zozi to release her own music was South African media personality, Minnie Dlamini.
"I’ve told you before and I will say it again… I’m first in line with the single, ep, album whatever drop!" wrote Minnie.
Another IG user, Cameron Napoleon, said the video helped him heal: "This took place at the most perfect timing… so much healing in just a split second. I listened to it over and over with my eyes closed and my heart wide open. We love you Zozi. you are healing to the Nation."
"So ready for this ma, listen ! We want it all listening session, pre streaming , pre ordering ! Fully in . You’re absolutely amazing . Everything you touch literally turns into gold . Can’t wait to watch you grow in this chapter," another user wrote.
During lockdown, Zozi shared how listening to music helped her heal.
She shared a video of herself singing while she was in New York while missing home.
"I find a lot of strength and healing in music," she wrote on Instagram.
"I found this video that I took days ago on a day when I felt down, homesick and just a little sad. I was listening to this song Amazulu by @amandablacksa and I started singing, which made me feel much better," she wrote.

Zozi has also featured on ‘The Masked Singer South Africa’ recently.
“I did the show because I love to sing. It brings me pure joy. I loved every moment of living in that musical bubble where people had no idea who I was,” said Tunzi.
