Pop icon Miley Cryus will be celebrating a special music milestone in several weeks, and she is celebrating the moment by dropping an unreleased song. Well, if the hints she dropped this week are anything to go by.

The 30-year-old's album, 'Bangerz', will be turning 10 in late September. Miley will be celebrating the anniversary by releasing a 10th-anniversary deluxe vinyl version of the album.

A message on the 'Flowers' singer's website reveals that the re-release will drop on September 29 and is officially available for pre-order. The album's description text also includes a hint about an unreleased song, which fans suspect will be called, 'Used To Be Young'.

"Reflect back on when Miley Used To Be Young by revisiting the beloved original hits such as 'Wrecking Ball', 'We Can’t Stop', and 'Adore You' in an updated packaging featuring never seen before photos," the message reads

The singer's fans are convinced that the mystery song will be released with the anniversary edition.

The re-release will also include a bonus track with rapper Mike WiLL Made-It called, '23'. The hip-hop song was released in 2013 as a Mike WiLL Made-It single. Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J also feature.

Miley first hinted about her unreleased song in an interview with Vogue magazine in May. She told the magazine that a songwriter approached her with a song she described as "the standard f**ked up in the club track".

"And I was like, ‘I’m two years sober. That’s not where I spend my time, you know. You’re more likely to catch me and my friends literally walking through rose gardens or going to a museum.’ It’s not about being self-serious. I’m just evolved," she said.

Miley added that the song inspired her to write something different, which she said she hoped would be released soon. She recited a lyric from the track.

“I know I used to be crazy. I know I used to be fun. You say I used to be wild. I say I used to be young.”

Her description of the song matches with the 'Used To Be Young' title she teased on her website.

Miley Cyrus Bangerz

Miley's 'Bangerz' album produced some of her biggest songs to date. The 3x platinum album helped create some of the singer's most iconic and controversial moments of her career.

The music video for 'Wrecking Ball', which saw her swinging naked on a wrecking ball, raised many eyebrows. Many felt that the former 'Hannah Montana' star was trying too hard to break away from her Disney persona.

The video has been watched more than one billion times on YouTube.

'Bangerz' featured guest artists French Montana, Britney Spears, Nelly, Future, and Big Sean. The album was nominated for 'Best Pop Vocal Album' at the 2015 Grammy Awards.
