Kehlani drops 'Little Story' music video featuring daughter Adeya

Kehlani has dropped the visuals for 'Little Story'. The singer, who uses the pronouns "they/them/their", shared a clip of the music video on Instagram. 

Their daughter, Adeya Nomi Parrish Young-White, features in the video.

"My truest love. My biggest piece. My every moment. My bear. Co-star for life," the 'Ring' hitmaker captioned the post. 

Kehlani and Adeya, whose father is guitarist Javie Young-White, are seen splashing each other with water in the black and white video. 

They also share a kiss. Kehlani sings in the song: 

“I want you to do it again
I want you to love me again
And complete our little story
We got one hell of a story
You’re a hell of an author

Kehlani released the trailer for their upcoming album, 'Blue Water Road', in September last year. The album, which is Kehlani's third, was due for release before the end of 2021. But the release was pushed back. 

Fans revealed on Instagram that the album is coming soon.

"‘’the album has been done for a while... I thought I'd give you something that means a lot to me in the meantime... see you sooner than you think," they wrote before the release of 'Little Story'. 

The first single off Kehlani's new album, 'Altar', has been well received. The song was released in September.

"Understanding grief and death has been a journey. I’ve gained a lot of angels in my life but the last year has [shown] me that even after people have passed on, if I choose to, I can have an even closer relationship. I thank my angels, my guides, all those who walk with me for allowing me to see them, feel them, hear them in full. I honor you in all I do. This is my offering. Enjoy," Kehlani wrote about the song on Instagram.
