Justin Timberlake and Coco Jones team up for 'ICU' remix
Just a couple of Tennessee kids hopping onto a hot R&B remix together...
Coco Jones has roped in Justin Timberlake for a remix of her song 'ICU'. The remix and lyric video dropped on Friday, July 14.
"Just a couple of Tennessee kids. We got something coming for you tomorrow," Justin (42) wrote a day before the song's release.
Coco, who is a singer and actress, initially released the R&B ballad in October 2022. The track earned Coco her first charting single.
'ICU' reached #63 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. The song features on her EP, 'What I Didn't Tell You'.

Coco revealed in a recent interview that the steady success of 'ICU' lit a fire inside of her.
"It really actually motivated me to dream bigger. I think even before this EP I had put my dreams in a box for emotional safety because I couldn't deal with the disappointment anymore. So, to even have this much success and support from my culture, my community - I'm like - I gotta dream bigger.
"I was that girl who saw all of this so clearly when I was a little kid and then you grow up and reality hits and your dreams get more realistic. But I am not trying to be realistic for nobody...." the 25-year-old said on an episode of the RNB Radar podcast.

Coco and Justin's fans are loving their 'ICU' remix.
"I’m so happy that real and authentic R&B is making a strong comeback. It’s long overdue," one fan wrote on YouTube.
Another user wrote: "The collab I didn’t know I needed!!!! His voice is the perfect compliment to hers on this song!!!! Great job guys!!!!"
Many believe that the remix will help catapult the song into further success.
"This song just turned into an even BIGGER MASTERPIECE."
What's next for Coco?
The singer is embarking on a tour to support her EP. The 'What I Didn't Tell You' tour kicks off in Ontario, Canada, in August.
She will also make stops in several US cities, including Boston, Detroit, Los Angeles, and Dallas. The tour features special guests Ebony Riley, Haben Abraham, and Simone Joy Jones.
"This is just leg 1 of the tour! I’ll be hitting more cities leg 2 stay tuned," Coco assured her fans on Instagram.
