The band, which consists of four members - Murdoc, Noodle, 2-D, and Russel Hobbs released their lead single this week.
'New Gold' features Tame Impala and Bootie Brown.
Fans are also excited about the Gorillaz' collaboration with Bad Bunny. Damon Albarn, who formed the award-winning band in 1998, shared new details about the album and some of the songs on BBC Radio 1.
Bad Bunny features on 'Tormenta'. Damon revealed in an interview with Warp last year that a Reggaeton song was one of the first songs they made for 'Cracker Island'.
“What I love about Gorillaz is that I can bring anyone I want, you know? I was in Jamaica recently and recorded a Gorillaz song with Bad Bunny... It’s Bad Bunny meets Gorillaz," he said.
