The first weekend of Coachella 2024 wrapped up with a surprise appearance from Justin Bieber and Nigerian superstar Wizkid.
They joined Tems during her set on Sunday, April 14, to sing their smash hit, 'Essence'.
Wizkid and Tems released the original version of the song in October 2020. Justin hopped onto the song's remix in August 2021, catapulting it to further success.
Tems, who features on Tyla's new album, was thrilled to have Justin and Wizkid on stage with her.
"Give it up for Justin, and the legend [Wizkid]. Oh my god, this is crazy. Thank you. Love you," she said at the end of the performance.

'Essence' was one of the biggest songs of 2021/2022. It became a chart-topping success in several countries, including Canada, America, New Zealand, South Africa, and the UK.
The song won two NAACP Image Awards and was nominated for 'Best Collaboration' at the 2021 Soul Train Music Awards.
Kanye West, who now goes by Ye, labelled the track the "best song in the history of music to date" in 2022.

Tems also sang 'Replay' and 'Crazy Tings' during her set.
She will return to the Coachella stage this weekend for her second and final performance at the music festival.

The singer's fans gave her first weekend performance a major thumbs up.
