Can't stop, won't top! Harry Styles back at #1 with 'As It Was'
Updated | By Tamlyn Canham
Nearly five months after its release, the hype around 'As It Was' shows no signs of dying down anytime soon.
Harry Styles has reclaimed his spot at the top of the charts. The 28-year-old's smash hit, 'As It Was', has knocked Nicki Minaj's 'Super Freaky Girl' off the #1 position.
'As It Was' debuted at number one shortly after its release in April. The song, which is the lead single from 'Harry's House', has spent a total of 11 weeks at No.1.
Songs such as Beyoncé's 'Break My Soul' and Lizzo's 'About Damn Time' have soared to number one, but Harry's single continues to dominate the charts.
The track is Harry's second #1 on the chart, after 2020's 'Watermelon Sugar'.
'Harry's House' recorded the biggest opening week sales in America for 2022. The album sold more 500,000 album-equivalent units.

His girlfriend, Olivia Wilde, directed the movie. She also stars in the project alongside Florence Pugh, Chris Pine, Douglas Smith, and Sydney Chandler.
'Don't Worry Darling' will hit the big screen on September 23.
