New ‘Bridgerton’ soundtrack features Billie Eilish and Taylor Swift covers

'Bridgerton' fans are eagerly waiting for the premiere of season three, and new information about the show's soundtrack has added to the excitement.
This season will include covers of songs from stars such as Billie Eilish and Taylor Swift.
The popular Netflix series is known to feature orchestral covers of old and new songs, and this season won't be any different.
Billie's 'Happier Than Ever' is getting the 'Bridgerton' touch. The Atwood Quartet will cover Taylor Swift and Lana Del Rey's 'Snow On The Beach'.
Other songs getting a new twist include 'Jealous' by Nick Jonas and 'Cheap Thrills' by Sia.
Gayle's smash hit 'Abcdefu', which reached #1 on the ECR Top 40 with Danny brought to you by CTM, will feature in episode one, according to Variety.
Season 3 will focus on Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton). The two are friends, but Penelope has romantic feelings for Colin.
Will Penelope finally get her fairytale ending with Colin or will she become betrothed to someone else?

Bridgerton Season 3 Release Date
Part one of 'Bridgerton' season 3 will be released on Thursday, May 16. The season consists of eight episodes, which will be divided into two parts.
The release date for part two is Thursday, June 13.
Several cast members from the previous two seasons will be returning in season 3, including Golda Rosheuvel (Queen Charlotte), Adjoa Andoh (Lady Danbury), and Jonathan Bailey (Anthony Bridgerton).
New 'Bridgerton' characters will also be introduced. Daniel Francis (Marcus Anderson), James Phoon (Harry Dankworth), and Sam Philips (Lord Debling) are joining the cast.
