Blackpink's Lisa talks 'White Lotus' debut: "What a ride"
Updated | By Music Reporter
Lisa's venture into acting has been wildly successful and she is beyond grateful for the opportunity.

It's been a few days since the season three finale of 'The White Lotus' aired, and we're still recovering from its tense and unsettling ending.
We won't share any spoilers for those who haven't watched it yet, but we will tell you that Blackpink star Lisa described working on the show as the "greatest honour".
Lisa made her acting debut on the dark comedy series.
The singer, whose real name is Lalisa Manobal, played Mook – a staff member who works at The White Lotus Thailand hotel.
She was not cast as a main character, but Mook played a pivotal role in another character's journey.
The 28-year-old reflected on her time on the show in a post shared on Instagram. "What a ride," she wrote.
Lisa also thanked the series director, Mike White, for putting his faith in her.
"Thank you, Mike White, for trusting in me to fulfil the role of Mook and bring her character to life. It was the greatest honour to be part of this show as my first acting gig alongside such incredible actors.
"I’m so proud to be able to share my culture and show the beauty of Thailand to the world. Mook has changed my life in a way where I am learning more about myself and my capabilities.
"My Sunday nights may feel a lot emptier but closing out The White Lotus with a full heart."
Season three of 'The White Lotus' also starred Leslie Bibb (Kate Bohr), Carrie Coon (Laurie Duffy), and Michelle Monaghan (Jaclyn Lemon).
Patrick Schwarzenegger, who played Saxon Ratliff, also reflected about his time on the show.
He is the son of actor and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver.
"Today’s quite bittersweet. I teared up last night in the finale… First – because It was this beautiful yet devastating & profound ending – but secondly, because It was also the end of this chapter for me in my life," Patrick wrote.
Patrick, who has also starred in 'Midnight Sun', 'Grown Ups 2' and 'Moxie', revealed that 'The White Lotus' has consumed his life for the past 16 months.
"Prepping, filming, press etc etc. It was a beautiful chapter of my life. One that I’ll never forget. One that I made everlasting relationships. A chapter that I learned immensely from. That I grew as an actor and a Human. Just a moment in life that I’m forever grateful for."
