The Capital Hotels & Apartments STINGRAY OPENING competition in conjunction with East Coast Radio (ECR)
Terms & Conditions
1. The competition is open to all followers of The Capital Hotels and Apartments and East Coast radio including (hereinafter referred to as “The Organisers”).
2. The competition opens on 25 October 2022 and closes at midnight on 28 October 2022
3. Entrants are required to be followers/fans of The Capital Hotels and Apartments and ECR Instagram and Facebook pages. [@thecapitalhotelsandapartments and @EastCoastRadio]
4. To enter, simply answer the question “How many Capital hotels are there in South Africa and name OR great feature of The Capital Zimbali?” Post your answer on your stories, and tag both sponsors' accounts to qualify. The winner must follow both social accounts of the organisers.
6. The entrants stand the chance of winning:
One night’s stay at The Capital Zimbali including and breakfast and dinner for two people sharing, and R500 drinks tab at Stingray Pool Bar.
(Breakfast and dinner is included in the prize and can only be redeemed at The Copper Restaurant and Bar.)
7. The competition sponsors will contact the winner via telephone if available or DM on social media. Should the winner not respond within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the announcement has been made, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn and announced.
8. The Organisers accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or any late, lost, or corrupted entries. THE CAPITAL and its agents are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any consequences of user error.
9. Winners will be determined by a random draw by the organisers.
10. The prize is not transferable and excludes transport costs and flights to and from The Capital Zimbali. Winners will be booked at a time suitable to the hotel and excludes peak periods, school holidays, or any special events. A prize winner booking must be requested at least 3 working days before the winners ideal dates. Its best to book at least 3 weeks in advance.
11. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
12. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The organisers will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prizes awarded.
13. Winners will use the prizes at their own risk. The organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or for accepting or using the prize.
14. The organisers reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances out of their control should arise.
15. The organisers reserve the right to photograph and publish the winners’ names in any printed media or any other relevant media upon the winners being consulted and agreeing to the above.
16.. Should any of the winners be found not to have complied with these rules, he/she may be automatically disqualified.
17. Any expense/s which may result from the possession of and/or use of the prize/s is the sole responsibility of the winner.
