Yummy strawberry and nut bread recipe

It is sure to get your family begging for more!

All you need for the ingredients is:

260g flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

130g butter

150g white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla essence 

3 large eggs

120ml sour cream or plain yoghurt

1 and a 1/2 cup (360ml) diced strawberries

1/2 cup (120ml) nuts

Beat the butter to make it smooth

Add sugar to the butter and mix in an electric mixture until nice and fluffy

Add vanilla essence

Mix in the eggs (one at a time) 

Blend until mixture is smooth

In a separate bowl, add flour, baking powder, and baking soda

Add salt and cinnamon to the dry ingredients mixture

Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly

Add the dry ingredients mixture to the butter mixture

Mix thoroughly using blender

Add sour cream or yoghurt and mix in the blender until smooth

Use your hands to add in the strawberries to the mixture

Add the nuts

Grease the pan and pour the dough

Bake for about an hour or until thoroughly baked at 180 degrees
