Tito Mboweni is back with another dish: 'Gravy a la Kasi'
Updated | By Poelano Malema
Kickstart the year with this healthy dish from none other than the former Minister of Finance, Tito Mboweni.
Tito Mboweni is back with another dish.
This time around the former minister decided to give meat a break and try a gravy recipe.
He calls his dish, 'gravy a la Kasi'.
His gravy consists of onions, green pepper, yellow pepper, tomatoes and crushed garlic.

Mboweni shared an image of the final product on his Twitter page and, as usual, tweeps were not impressed with his cooking/presentation.
Many questioned his chopping skills because his tomatoes looked bigger than all the other vegetables.
"So it's 80% tomato Tomato and everything else shares on that 20%," wrote one Twitter user.
Another user branded it, tomato wedges stew.
